Welcome to Driver Zone Golf, a fully automated indoor golf facility.. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking and using our facility, you agree to be bound by these terms.
General Use
- Users must adhere to all facility rules and guidelines.
- Proper golf attire and non-marking shoes must be worn at all times.
- Users are responsible for their own equipment. Driver Zone Golf not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Booking and Reservations
- All bookings must be made in advance through our online system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the booking time.
Liability and Injuries
- Users participate in activities at their own risk. Driver Zone Golf is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur while using our facility.
- Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others. Any misconduct or dangerous behaviour may result in removal from the facility.
- If an incident occurs, immediately report any injuries or unsafe conditions via 9-1-1 and notify the owner.
Facility Usage
- The facility and equipment must be used as intended. Misuse of the facility or equipment may result in damage charges and removal from the facility.
- Users must not bring outside food or beverages into the facility without prior approval.
- Alcohol consumption is only allowed in designated areas and must comply with local laws and facility policies.
Code of Conduct
- Respectful behaviour towards other users is expected at all times.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the facility and a permanent ban.
- Users must follow all posted instructions and guidelines within the facility.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Driver Zone Golf respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Driver Zone Golf reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the facility.
- Continued use of the facility after any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Membership or Subscription
- Driver Zone Golf offers membership or subscription options for additional features and benefits.
- By subscribing to a membership or subscription plan, you agree to the terms and conditions specific to the chosen plan.
- Membership or subscription plans may include benefits such as discounted booking rates, priority access to peak times, exclusive events, and more.
- Memberships are billed on a monthly, 6 month and yearly basis, as selected at the time of enrollment.
- Memberships can be cancelled at any time through the online system. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused benefits.
- Changes to membership or subscription plans, including pricing and benefits, will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the membership or subscription after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- Misuse of membership benefits or violation of facility rules may result in termination of membership without a refund.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The City of Brampton.
By booking and using Driver Zone Golf you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our facility.
